The bent top of the body enables to replace the traditional opening mechanism which requires an extra shell of steel. With Ecopeel the foil is directly sealed onto the top of the can body to save material and reduce the carbon footprint.
Infinitely recyclable Ecopeel™ is made lighter than its contemporaries and facilitates carbon reduction of up to 20% compared to a regular three piece can.
Easier to open for everyone
The 45° angle of the sealing surface reduces the force necessary for opening and allows for 100% full aperture of the can.
Easy to pour
The smooth body of the can allows for full 100% product release unhindered by any extra materials around the opening.
5x faster filling process
The cans are delivered with the foil already sealed via Direct Heat Seal Technology and simply requires brands to fill and seam the bottom component in the normal way using standard seaming equipment.
In doing so, Ecopeel™ makes the brands’ filling process 5x faster than heat-sealing, as well as cleaner and safer, reducing both spoilage and energy consumption.
