Sonoco Metal Packaging EMEA digital transformation includes enabling employees to access digital learning platforms such as LinkedIn learning whenever and from wherever they want. A customized LMS gives employees access to technical trainings on a continuous basis. The company invested in a SAAS solution (glint) to facilitate a 360 degree communication on a global scale and to quickly identify key areas of improvement for the company. The harmonization of SuccessFactor across the company as a hiring, succession planing and management platform supports the growth of employees towards the right opportunities
